Xanthea Moore is a strategic operations leader, seasoned wealth coach, and U.S. Air Force Veteran with over 17 years of experience in finance, business development, and human resources. Renowned for her results-driven leadership, Xanthea was awarded the Air Force Commendation Medal in 2013 after saving her wing over $400,000 through precise financial analysis and resource management.
After her honorable retirement in 2016, Xanthea transitioned into the entrepreneurial world, quickly establishing herself as a powerhouse in business solutions. Within her first year in business, she generated six-figure revenue and played a pivotal role in helping more than 25 startups and small businesses secure capital and optimize internal systems by 2022.
