MTW Home Health Care is a veteran-owned agency that provides furnished shared housing for veterans who need a safe, stable place to live while preparing for their next chapter.
Our healthcare background has given us an understanding that every person’s circumstances are different. Whether a veteran is transitioning from temporary housing, working toward financial stability, navigating benefits, returning to work, or simply needs a dependable place to call home, our goal is to provide an environment built around dignity, respect, care, and stability.

Support That Stays Connected
MTW works alongside existing case managers, healthcare providers, veteran organizations, and community programs so residents can stay connected to the support they already have.
Housing for the Next Chapter
Our program may be a fit for veterans transitioning from shelters or temporary housing, rebuilding stability, or working toward greater independence. Each referral is reviewed based on individual needs and current availability.
What’s Included
Our Houston-area veteran housing currently includes:
- Furnished shared rooms
- All utilities included
- Free Wi-Fi
- Television in each room
- Walk-in closet space
- Clean, comfortable shared living areas
- Connection to outside veteran and community resources when needed
$1,300 per bed / month
$300 reservation fee
Private-room options may become available. Veterans may join our waitlist for future openings.
